Sylvia joined Ohio University in 2016. She earned her Bachelor鈥檚 in Education and her Master鈥檚 in Linguistics from Ohio University. Sylvia has a long career in quality and project and program management in both corporate and higher education settings. Sylvia oversees the 天美传媒Business Service Center鈥檚 processes, systems, and metrics.
