New Search functionality and delivery tracking features

As of Tuesday September 6^th 2022, the Fisher Scientific punchout within the Bobcat Buy (鈥淏CB鈥�) system, has been upgraded with enhanced features. The Fisher Scientific punchout, an online catalog for one of our preferred suppliers for scientific supplies contracted via the Intra-University Council Purchasing Group consortium, now includes:

• Level II search capability: Level II search functionality allows you to search our punchout catalogs from the BCB homepage. Fisher-Scientific catalog items will appear in BCB homepage search. While the search does not include prices, if you click on the 鈥淥rder from Supplier鈥� link, you will be redirected to the punchout and all available information will be displayed.

• Confirmation tab: Fisher-Scientific purchase orders will display a 鈥渃onfirmation鈥� tab that includes an estimated shipping date. The shipping date in the confirmation tab is static once the order is placed and is not updated afterward.

• Shipments tab: Fisher-Scientific purchase orders will display a 鈥渟hipments鈥� tab that will be updated with shipping notification information including date shipped, estimated delivery date, shipping carrier, and tracking number. This information will be dynamically updated as delivery information changes.

Warranty

Fisher-Scientific offers a thirty (30) day 鈥渘o hassles鈥� return policy. 天美传媒customers may return product(s) within thirty (30) days of receipt by obtaining a return goods authorization (鈥淩GA鈥�) number from Fisher-Scientific and referencing the RGA number on return shipping documents. Returns made without an RGA number may be returned to OHIO, freight collect. If you need to obtain a RGA number, please contact the Fisher-Scientific account representative which can be found on the home page of the Fisher-Scientific catalog page in BCB. 

Shipping

Our contract with Fisher-Scientific includes free shipping on all items, except for special handling and freight charges associated with large equipment with a value in excess of $100,000, and air express charges at customer request.
