天美传媒 and Announcements

All 天美传媒employees to be automatically enrolled in 天美传媒Alert notification system, receive confirmation messages on October 9

As part of OHIO鈥檚 continued commitment to ensuring our University community has the information, resources and support needed to be prepared for severe weather and/or a campus emergency, all Ohio University employees will be automatically enrolled in the 天美传媒Alert email, text and phone (phone for Regional Higher Education (RHE) locations only) notification system beginning Wednesday, October 9.  This is a change from previous practice, which required employees to manually opt-in to receive emergency notifications.

Receive timely emergency communications from OHIO

Being part of the notification system means you鈥檒l receive critical updates when they matter most. Whether it鈥檚 severe weather or an emergency on campus, these alerts are designed to help keep you safe and informed.

Please note: You will receive 天美传媒Alert notifications only in the event of an imminent weather event or campus emergency that could negatively impact the life, health and/or safety of the University community at your campus location(s). Additionally, there is no charge for receiving 天美传媒Alert notifications to your mobile phone beyond those that may already be applied by your mobile service provider.

What to expect during the enrollment process

On Wednesday, October 9 at approximately 12 p.m., all 天美传媒employees will receive email, text and phone (RHE only) notifications to the contact information they have provided to the University.

Stay Current. Remain Informed.

Moving forward, all faculty and staff will continue to be automatically signed up for alerts based on the contact information they have provided to the University.

To ensure you continue receiving these important alerts, we encourage you to regularly review and update your contact information. 天美传媒Alert is configured to contact only the preferred email and mobile phone number you鈥檝e provided to the University.
