Global Travel Fund announces special funding cycle

The University International Council (UIC) and the Office of Global Affairs encourage eligible Ohio University faculty on all campuses to apply for the Global Travel Fund (GTF). A special cycle to fund international travel taking place between April 15 and June 30 is now open.
The GTF is a resource intended to support faculty (tenure-track or instructional faculty) who are carrying out scholarly and creative activities which require in-person international travel engagement (such as conducting archival or field research overseas, paper presentation, and participating in a scholarly forum).
The deadline for consideration is 11:59 p.m. on May 1, 2025.
Applications may include travel that has already occurred (e.g., you may apply for a flight to Munich on April 16 in an application dated April 30). Applications will be funded to an amount up to $1,000 and will be subject to decisions made by the GTF Committee.
